1. Email Mary Starke by December 21, 2007, the names and classifications of your team members. (Example:  Purina Checkers, Honors #3.) This step is essential to set up the database for IDs, nametags, judges' evaluation sheets, the printed program, and the scoring program.  You can use the Team Registration Form if you wish; just enter the names in the correct slots. Even if you expect a few adjustments, you can send in what you have by this deadline. 

2. Registration Documents

   These items should be sent to Cassandra Reynolds by January 7, 2008; however, if you are having a problem meeting this deadline, there is some flexibility.  A team cannot compete without the team registration form, and a student cannot participate without the registration and GPA computation forms.

   • Team Registration Form and Checklist (Excel) - Print out and send.
   • Student Registration Form (Word) - Print out and send; this form requires two signatures (student and parent).
   • GPA Computation Form for Each Team Member (Word) - Print out and send; this form requires a signature (coach).
   • List of Acceptable/Unacceptable Courses (pdf) - For use in determining GPAs

   NOTE:  The students will be responsible for handing their OPTIONAL resumes to the three Interview Judges.
